Who does not know Nimra Khan, she has worked in many Pakistani dramas till now and today. As you know that actors have to take special care of their fitness and Nimra Khan is quite famous for her weight loss journey. Nimra had lost 8 kg in a week's time, which is a very surprising achievement.

Nimra has been called on many shows and asked about her fitness routine. What was Nimra's fitness routine?  Here it is:

Nimra had followed an egg diet for a week, that is, in which she used to eat only boiled eggs. She used to have breakfast at 7am in the morning, in which she took three boiled eggs without any yolk, then after half an hour of these three egg whites, Nimra used to eat an apple and after half an hour of that she used to have a green tea. This was her routine between 7am to 8am in the morning.

Similarly from 12pm to 1pm in the noon, She used to take the same things between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again between 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Also, Nimra says that whenever when she felt untimely hungry, she used to eat only boiled eggs without yolk. 

Similarly, apart from this, Nimra used to drink a lot of water throughout the day because crash diet has the biggest impact on your skin, hence keeping the skin healthy, it is necessary to drink as much water as possible.

Apart from this, Nimra tells that she used to drink vegetable juice with one day break, in breakfast, that is, in this seven-day routine, she used to drink vegetable juice in alternative days in breakfast.

Vegetable Juice Recipe

Now let me tell you about the vegetables she used to put in vegetable juice.

In the vegetable juice, she used to mix 

  • bottle gourd  
  • carrot 
  • beetroot
  • tomato
  • cucumber 
  • apple

Blend them all, make juice and drink it in this seven day routine.  

Nimra lost 8 kg of weight. Many of her followers have followed this diet plan of Nimra and everyone has shared very good results. This diet plan is a very difficult diet plan and is also very effective for more weight loss in less time.

But this diet plan also has some disadvantages.

Disadvantages

When you change your diet suddenly, its effects are also seen on the body, the first effect of which is your hormonal imbalance. Your hormones get disturbed, the color of the skin starts getting darker, acne and wrinkles start appearing, constipation occurs, irregular periods, hair fall, you have to face all these.

Due to giving up on roti (bread/carbs) and rice for a week, there is a deficiency of carbohydrates in the body, similarly there is a deficiency of nutrients also due to which your water weight gets lost and you get to see a sudden reduction in your weight. 

Water weight and fat weight are not same. Through crash diets like egg diet, you don't lose your fat.

What happens when you start taking carbohydrates again

When you stop taking carbohydrates, your water weight suddenly goes down due to which you lose a lot of weight, but after a week, you go back to your old routine.  If you start taking carbohydrates again and start eating rice and roti (bread/carbs) again, then this water weight comes back with the same speed which is the biggest disadvantage of this diet i.e. the speed at which you lost your weight, you will gain it back at the same speed, which means, you cannot immediately return to your old routine after this diet.

If you want to maintain your weight loss, then you cannot immediately add carbohydrates to your diet. But by using one diet for a long time, the deficiency of nutrients in the body becomes severe, hence it is not recommended to follow the same diet till the end, it can be very dangerous for the body, that is, as effective as this diet is, it is also dangerous.  

Solution

In such a situation, to avoid these things as much as possible, it is important that you maintain maximum intake of water.  If you do not keep your water intake right during the egg diet, then your body can go through all these effects,

Along with this you also have to fulfill the deficiency of your nutrients, for that include fresh juice of vegetables or fruits in your diet.
