Sarah Khan is a Pakistani actress and has been a part of many famous projects on TV screen. She also has a long fan following on social media.

Two years ago  Sarah had gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy, which she shed within 20 days after her daughter's birth. Sarah Khan's fans were surprised at this transformation. How did she bring such an astonishing weight transformation within such a short period of time? Here's how:

Sarah Khan started the diet the very next day of her daughter's birth. She first cut off her roti (bread/carbs) and started taking fruits and vegetables . Cutting off her carbohydrate intake resulted in the reduction of her water weight rapidly. Meanwhile, she also consulted a dietician. 

Sara Khan shared her diet journey on social media, where Sarah mentioned the Instagram account of her dietician and told that apart from her dietician Rimsha, she can't trust anyone else. She also told that there was a time when her weight was stuck and she had to consult her dietician, she's glad she shed those extra pounds without having to do any difficult diet. With the help of her dietician, she was able to eat all kinds of the foods of her choice.    

Sara Khan's weight was 96 kg during pregnancy, which after diet and exercise, it was 51 kg i.e. Sara has lost at least 45 kg of weight, which is really amazing.
